Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Boomly. We want you to be confident about your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work on our paid plans.
Free Plan
Our Free plan is — and always will be — free. You can start, pause or stop using it at any time without charge. No refund applies because no payment is collected.
Pro Monthly Plan
You can cancel your Pro Monthly subscription at any time before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Once a billing cycle has begun, the amount paid for that cycle is non-refundable. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of the paid period.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days before the renewal date.
- No prorated refunds are issued for partial-month usage.
Pro Annual Plan
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate. You may cancel at any time, but the amount paid for the current annual term is non-refundable. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid year, after which it will not auto-renew.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your Boomly dashboard.
- Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel Subscription.
- Or, email us at support@boomly.app with your registered email address.
Exceptions
We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charges due to a billing error.
- Service unavailability lasting more than 72 continuous hours caused by Boomly infrastructure (excluding Meta/Instagram outages).
- Unauthorized payments where fraud is verified.
All such requests must be raised within 7 days of the charge.
Abuse Policy
Accounts terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions, Instagram's policies, or for spam/abuse are not eligible for any refund.
