Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information. Boomly does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Boomly, its agents or affiliates.

You warrant and represent that:

Instagram & Meta Platform Compliance

Boomly integrates with the Instagram Graph API via the Meta “Instagram API with Instagram Login” product. By using our service you acknowledge and agree:

• You will comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies, including the Instagram Community Guidelines.
• You own or have explicit written permission to manage every Instagram Business or Creator account you connect to Boomly.
• You will respect Instagram's 24-hour messaging window: Boomly will only send a DM to a user who has interacted with your business within the last 24 hours, or send a one-time tag outside that window.
• You will not use Boomly to send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, content that violates Instagram's content policies, or messages that impersonate another person or business.
• You are solely responsible for the content of every message Boomly sends on your behalf, including comment replies and direct messages.
• You authorize Boomly to access, store and process Instagram data on your behalf, encrypted, only for the purpose of executing the automations you have configured.
• Misuse, including any pattern that violates Meta's policies, may result in immediate suspension of your account, deletion of your automations, and a report to Meta. Boomly may also terminate API access for Instagram accounts that generate sustained user complaints or platform warnings.
• Meta may, at its sole discretion, restrict or revoke Boomly's access to its APIs at any time. If that happens, Boomly will pause affected features and notify you within a reasonable period.

Service Availability & Limitations

Boomly relies on third-party APIs (Meta Graph API, Razorpay, Supabase, Vercel) and the public internet. We do our best to maintain high uptime, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every webhook event will be delivered. Meta may delay, drop, or rate-limit events. Boomly is not liable for revenue, leads, or growth missed due to upstream API outages, account suspensions imposed by Meta, or your own configuration errors.

Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval: government agencies, search engines, news organizations, online directory distributors, and system-wide accredited businesses. Links must not be deceptive, must not falsely imply sponsorship, and must fit the context of the linking party's site.

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our website.

Content Liability
